Welcome to Class 1
Class 1 is home to our reception (EYFS) children.
Our teacher is Mrs Wykes and our teaching assistants are Mrs Davis (mornings) and Miss Looms (afternoons).
Our classroom is a well organised, inviting and exciting place to learn where children access continuous provision alongside adult-led activities. We have our own Early Years garden with many opportunities for outdoor learning.

Summer Term 1 - What jobs do minibeasts do?
Overview
In the first half of the Summer Term we will exploring the question: What jobs do minibeasts do? We will find out about the vital role that minibeasts (such as bees, snails, ladybirds and worms) have in nature’s lifecycles and the environment. We will read key texts such as The Bee Man, The Bad-Tempered Ladybird, What the Ladybird Heard and Superworm!
