Class 3 have also had an exciting day sharing their career aspirations for their ambitious futures. All pupils looked amazing and the pupils were able to ask key questions to our visiting speakers about their careers. Well done class 3!

Cl4 have had a fabulous day learning about all the careers they could aspire to have in their future. Their visitors have talked to them about working in the Police force, the Merchant Navy, Farming, Geology and being a Chef. They all look brilliant in their 'Career' gear today.

Cl1 have enjoyed our special visitors this morning during 'Careers Day'. We met two police officers and a special police dog. We tried on lots of different types of hats and looked at different equipment. We met Gwen the police dog and listened to the sirens on the police car.

Class 2 have been learning about fractions. They can identify a half and a quarter of shapes and quantities. Y2 can even identify a third. We are very proud of the assembly the presented also to their families. Well done class 2!

Class 4 have enjoyed an active week - not only as we introduce more activity to lessons across the curriculum but also as some of the Y6 cohort have been completing their Bikeability course. We also demonstrated some of this term's learning in an assembly to our families.

Cl1 have explored the properties of 3d shapes by seeing which shapes can roll and which shapes can stack. They have investigated how the speed of a wheel travelling can change by the steepness of a ramp. We were so proud of all the children in the Class assembly this week.

We are extremely proud of our pupils who were able to take part in the Songfest event at Truro Cathedral this week. They were outstanding. A huge well done and thank you to them all and the ASONE Hub also.

Our EYFS garden now has a fantastic sand pit shed. The children will develop their gross motor skills whilst having fun with different resources and natural materials in the sand. Sand play also provides children with opportunities to develop mathematical and scientific concepts.
